What happens after licensing expires?

Well, lets first hope your listing is at least under contract, if not sold by then! In the circumstances that the space needs to be live longer, we have a few options!

1. Extend! You are always welcome to reach out to us and we can extend the length. $10/month to extend a space that is still active. We recommend to extend in a few month increments at a time to avoid forgetting and letting the space lapse.

2. Reactivate! Is the space already deactivated? We keep archived spaces just in case for 1 year after the deactivation. After that, they are lost. If you are within that 1 year period still, we can reactivate it! If you purchased a standard Matterport the prices are as follows: $50 for 3 months, $75 for 6 months or $100 for 12 months. If you purchased the Advanced Matterport: $30 for 3 months, $55 for 6 months or $85 for 12 months.

3. Transfer! Do you want to be in charge of the space? You can deactivate and archive and reactivate, hide, label, and do whatever you'd like with the space if you get your own Matterport account! Matterport plans start at $15 a month! Let us know where to send the space and we are happy to even give you a discount if you host immediately after we scan!
